How to Prepare
- 1. Sift the Matcha
- Sift before use to avoid clumps.
- 2. Prepare the Water

Use soft water if possible.
Filtered water is best. Always boil water once before use. - 3. For 1 Serving

- Matcha: 1.5 g
- Water: 70 cc
- Water temperature: 75–85°C (winter) / 70–80°C (summer)
- 4. How to Mix

◆Using a Whisk:
Gently mix at first to spread the matcha evenly at the bottom of the bowl.
Then lift the whisk slightly and whisk briskly back and forth without stirring in circles.
When foam appears, move the tip lightly across the surface to refine the foam.
Finish by lifting the whisk gently so the foam rises slightly in the center.◆Using a Shaker:
If you do not have a whisk, add the matcha and water to a shaker.
Shake well until smooth and lightly foamy, then pour into a bowl or cup.
